An  OID Bhawan is presently under construction  at Sector-73, Noida.  The Bhawan on completion will house OIDB and its regular grantee institutions viz.Centre for High Technology (CHT), Directorate General of Hydrocarbons (DGH),Oil Industry Safety Directorate (OISD) and Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell(PPAC) and other organizations in petroleum sector at one location for smooth and efficient functioning. M/S Rajinder Kumar Associates and M/S Engineers India Limited have been appointed as Architect and Project Management Consultant (PMC) respectively for construction of OIDB Bhawan. The construction cost of the building has been estimated at Rs. 140 crore. The OIDB Bhawan will comprise of two blocks and will be an environmental friendly and green building which will use State-of-the-art technology to meet the lighting, air-conditioning and other needs of the building. A Sub-Committee comprising Secretary,OIDB, FA&CAO,OIDB, Representatives of JS&FA, MOP&NG and EIL constituted by OID Board regularly monitors the construction of the Bhawan.

The status of various statutory approvals obtained  are as under:

i)   Clearances have been received from NOIDA Fire Office and Airport  Authority of India.

ii)    The NOIDA Authority has given  approval for building plans subject  to Environmental Clearance.

iii)   Environmental clearance has been accorded with some suggestions.

Civil & Structural Works ,Electrical Sub-Station and HT Works, HVAC Works, Elevator Works, Supply & Installation of DG Sets Work and Hard Finishes of Civil Works have been awarded to various agencies.
