OIDB is in the process of improving its administrative and procedural matters.  OIDB has computerized Loans, Grants and Pay roll systems.  It has facilitated  in the analysis of inflow/outflow of funds, expeditious calculations of quarterly interest and various analytical statements, pay slips and other statements related to salaries/recoveries of OIDB officials.

        Manual compilation of accounts used to take inordinate long time after close of the year.  OIDB’s accounts are now computerized.  Financial accounting software ‘TALLY’ has been procured which enables Annual Accounts compilation in accurate manner.  All officers/staff have been trained in computers.
